Kobjiqi̊vù Se (/ˈcobʤi/ /ˈqi̘vʊ/ [ice; diamond] [urban]) is a temperate Town located in Nuri̊m County, Krièvlùji̊ La Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Kobjiqi̊vù Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Kobjiqi̊vù Se was founded by Dyênhê Trthë Tudor, who was culturaly Tauric.

Kobjiqi̊vù Se was founded durring the early 13th century in spring of the year 1226, by Dyênhê Trthë Tudor. The establishment of Kobjiqi̊vù Se was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Dyênhê Trthë Tudor electing to pay people to resettle in Kobjiqi̊vù Se.

Kobjiqi̊vù Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kobjiqi̊vù Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Kobjiqi̊vù Se is was constructed arround several broad cobblestone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The town's would-be-castle fortifications have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

A look around Kobjiqi̊vù Se makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It’s a quiet town filled with closed scriptoriums, people quietly yet dejectedly reading in isolated places around town, and the occasional book laying in a heap of garbage.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Kobjiqi̊vù Se was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Kobjiqi̊vù Se lost 108 people, 162 livestock, and 62 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 99, when members of Kobjiqi̊vù Se's militia enacted an operation to construct defenses in a particular port. The operation was complicated by one of the key objectives in the operation requiring sticking to a very strict and short time table. The conflict ended with the defense of the strategic location against a siege, which ended in a crushing defeat for Kobjiqi̊vù Se's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Kobjiqi̊vù Se's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
